Shivraj Choudhary, a 22 year old Airforce soldier. Wo hamare paas aaya tha January 2023 mein. Uska ka ek bada life goal tha, he wanted to break the World Record of Abdominal Plank(which is One of the toughest exercise of the world). But this goal was not easy to achieve and also seemingly impossible. Usne humse 10 mahine ki training li. Aur 5 November 2023 ko ek naya World Record create kar diya. This is the POWER of OUR Mental Toughness training. And this is for all those jo sochenge ki plank to physical ka game hai. Agar physical ka game hota na bhai to Shivraj se bade-bade bodybuilders baithe hain Bharat mein abhi tak bohot bar banke tut gaya hota record. Yeh physical se jyada mental aspect ka game tha sara jo ki humne karke dikhaya hai. Ps: Guinness Book of World Records approval is under process, they will take some months to declare it officially.
