I think instead of starting a company, a new company can be established which can guide other companies on these aspects. We can't change everything but an alternative can be provided. An alternative can help us a lot. A manufacturing company can be guided to install water recycling unit. Which can help them and also public.

They never wanna do that while You should know that there is thing as carbon credits which is a big business of your company uses ecofreindly method by which pollution is reduced then you will get carbon credits which you can sell other companies which can use them if they want to emit more pollution So you can think of entering in carbon credit business . You can collaborate with existing business and ask them to move on ecofreindly means and apply to goverment for approval of that project if the project got approved you will get carbon credits whoch you can share with these businesses and rest is yours But there are many complications and paperwork involved
