If its an easy product then Fiverr can be your buddy, programmers can work for cheap to get their first gig, True. And if your idea gets rolling then just hire him/her. When to choose which: 1. If you have connection with programmers then do it 2. Are their no-code tools available for your product/software if yes the go ahead. But remember sales is most important thing customers don't care what it's made of that ask "does it work?". 3. If you don't have knowledge about coding then you cant tell what's possible.. how will you gather first customers without knowing possibilities and limitations? 4. Learning coding will take too much time. Outsource it or get a coder friend to help out.

Gettng a co-founder would be the best way, imo.

No code tools are very effective nowadays and will definitely be fine in creating MVPs atleast.

Your first priority as a non-technical founder should be to efficiently validate your MVP idea using cost-effective methods, such as leveraging no-code tools, building an audience base, or seeking a tech co-founder, based on your specific circumstances and resources.

Hire if you have money.

Starting to learn code is a bad option if you want to build something immediately. Best idea would be to get a trustworthy tech person

Get someone who knows coding and include them as a part of the project as a cofounder or some other incentive.
