Nice idea. Even i was thinking of similar app idea. One suggestion, there shouldn't be any montizisation policy like YouTube have. Even if someone has 100rs in add revenue, he should get paid. This will bring all those Youtubes to this app

Its a very interesting concept But there are lot of challenges here 1)you need a lot of capital to run 2)micro video platforms are struggling to run worldwide except insta and tiktok 3)investors won’t take so much risk 4)Company earnings to run will be at hugh risk

titok ( abroad versions like in Singapore you can order stuffs from that too ) and X which gives 97 percentage of their video profit to content creator ( as compared to around 70 percentage or YouTube ) .

Ever heard about fan tv they're doing this since 1 year... You should study their model

In starting small creators and Instagram influencers and those who are small youtubers can start and after they will get payment (minimum withdrawal ₹10) they will work hard and in this way mouth advertising can be done

Also I want to make minimum withdrawal limit to rs 10 and there should no minimum criteria of 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours watchtime

For the ad revenue, you have to have a larger audience base and retention and engagement rate should be higher. That will be the most difficult part but you know sky is the limit. All the best. It is a B2C business and we all know that a B2C business in India is always difficult. You need a lot of capital and the return in it will never get untill it not get famous and get major people support. The only pros point would be that India is a market of young people and trying new thing would always be their choice. If the app can make them enjoy like instagram reels than you can hope for some profit.
