Even i use to face these issues. Check 2 channel called yasir Khan coachinh and vinh giang. Further at your home, take any topic you want to speak in front of mirror for 5-10 mins

What i used to do is (I used to sing) just look straight. Into the wall that is most parallel to you, or anything parallel to the stage and don’t think or look at the audience. It works!!
