Don't get stuck on that. 1. Go meet generic medicine shops and tell them you will get orders and regular customers through you. Ask them to give you same products 1/5/10% cheaper(they are already so cheap). Once you have that deal 2. Print some pamphlets, go door to door and ask if they need this service. Tell them the benefits of low cost, door delivery etc. 3. Get 30-50 customers signed up and ask them to call you when they need medicines next time or to msg on what's app. 4. Do this direct delivery for 1-2 months and see what's going well and what's not going well and iterate on improvement. 5. Once you have enough cash flow, hire marketing person to cover more area and get more clients 6. With more cash flow, hire delivery person and so on. You don't need to a lot of money to get started. 10k-15k is enough.
