Try making and uploading the clients work you’ve done, summarise it, make a good report and circulate it, to new leads

Prepare a marketing pitch for free and send it across. If someone sees the value in you they'll respond back. The cost of doing this will even out when you get more clients

Prepare a great marketing page and list your credentials. Find all D2C and B2C brands which have raised pre seed recently. They will be in need of immediate marketing and would definitely be interested. Keep your catchment area small and initially target small clients. As you grow big your clients will too
