I always have great ideas. But worried about the execution because I really haven't any prior experience in leading something. Is there anyone experiencing the same? Or is there anyone who had gone through this stage, can u share your experience?

A lot of people have great ideas. Ideas don't mean anything if you can't execute them. If ideas were worth value then all scientists and thinkers would be wealthy and be regarded as important. But look at the leaders like Tata, Elon and Bezos. Those guys have the capacity to execute the ideas.
