I always have great ideas. But worried about the execution because I really haven't any prior experience in leading something. Is there anyone experiencing the same? Or is there anyone who had gone through this stage, can u share your experience?

You'll always have this fear until you start doing things yourself and get over this fear by failing, learning and moving ahead. Start something and your fear will be gone on the way.
