Which is better and why?

NSCs have interests compounded twice, half-yearly, so twice in a year, ppf on the other hand have it compounded annually. What have you chosen, btw? I still went for the ppfs for the higher interest, which i think should be better in the long term.
Why PPF? PPF is Giving 8.1% Interest per annum whereas NSC is giving 8.0% per annum
PPF for the win. Nothing comes close
