Why don't you instead get a techie as a co-founder who can build it? Give them some equity or share of profits. That way you don't need to pay anything initially and they will have qual skin in the game.

You dont need to have any tech expertise, just start using tools/services like classPlus or graphy. These are whitelabled solutions.
