Many influencers are giving time management courses free or paid . So this thing don't need any app and one more thing already scheduling , appointment , alarm type apps are available in the market and facing losses and negetive clash flows .

Good luck buddy, (1st step : avoid unwanted suggestions) 2.Create your prototype 1st Atleast script your idea into paper 3. Check out other similar apps What features they have 4. Compare with your idea 5.if still your idea stands out better than that Continue your work

A really clean interface. Response to touch (interactive sounds) and depends on how easy it is to integrate with other apps, so to speak to build a larger userbase

A really good statistical analysis would make the app worth it. Metrics like the no. of times you were distracted, focus analysis, leaderboard etc would be really cool.
