Some are dry states, some illegal transport of alcohol may happens sometimes. By which if there are delivery people. Polices does not able to know the diff between the original deliver person and illegal transport actually

I research about this past 6 months dude, actually as some goverment policies this is one of the main reason. No 2 is that government wanted to see drinking alcohol as a taboo. So if home delivery is added new people would start that and people don't recognise it as somewhat harmful and it gets addictive.
