1 month ago , I sat for campus interview for internships by one of Mohali based companies. The HR Was just too different. She was veryyy frank ; literally Saying anything she wants to .It was combined placement drive for BBA + MBA. First she divides the whole batch in groups ,10 students each. And calls the group one by one while asking to show their resumes. Whosoever had listed dancing or singing in his / her hobbies, she actually made them dance / sing in front of all the students ( she denied to take each group separatEly for GD in the GD room).Those who denied to sing/dance were rejected , those who did were directly selected for PI.and the auditorium was full of loud voices when someone Danced. There was a student who listed acting as a hobby; he was asked to do ramp walk assuming himself as a girl😅 And he did! Another student who listed cooking she was asked to tell the recipe of “how to make daal “ in front of everyone. ( Thankfully I hadn’t listed any such hobbies)

problems with yelp, trust pilot , google 1. Lots of fake reviews. 2. Reviews in terms of plain text & stars. Pack details. For example xyz resto has 4 starts. Now resto is good for veg but not for nonveg. Good at night not at daytime. Good at chinese cousins. Not good at south india. So detailed reviews should be there 3. Sometime reviewer are biased. So the same things should also be review by expert or curators. lts not there. Compition is not an issue. Because google or other has achieved 10-15% of what could be possible. So there is no direct compition. But yah compition will create at a point when they will copy our features and then obviously they have big money. So to sustain at that time will be challenge.
