In a growing business there is only one aim and that is to attract as many customers they can get simple.. Brand identity and trustworthiness building is a very capital intensive thing. So its just simple in my opnion if you can deliver in 15 - 20 mins claim 10 - 12 mins but if you are delivering in 30 - 40 mins and claiming 10 - 15 mins I mean thats not the way to do business..
