Its just a strategy for marketing bro ,if someone is claiming 10 min delivery and it delivers in 15 mins whats wrong in that ? Thats also too fast. And the thing that we have high traffic companies tackle it by opening their stores in some distances

Not every store supports a delivery boy 2nd - Sales will increase by going online as people from a bit far radius can see your products and order them if they want
