Writing or innovating this thing is very hard for Indian's because of low investment in science sector by the government . Firstly Android and iOS is two major oprating system so I don't think so any Big giants allow or give permission to introduce this feature and one more thing already Google assistant , alexa and many other voice operated apps are in market. Firstly you need oprating system , processor and high investment with high salared talented employees.
