This man has created a refrigerator that works without electricity, A thread 🤯🧵 So he is Mansukhbhai Prajapati who is an entrepreneur and is known for making innovative clay-based products under the brand Mitti Cool. The Mitticool refrigerator is a unique and innovative product It is a sustainable and eco-friendly solution for food storage. It is made entirely from terracotta clay and operates without the need for electricity, as already mentioned. Now how does this work? The refrigerator works by utilizing the natural process of evaporation to cool the interior. Water from the upper chamber slowly drips down the sides and evaporates, removing heat from the inside out. Simple to hear but hard to build! Now this process provides natural coolness for stored materials, such as vegetables, fruits, milk, and water. The Mitticool refrigerator is designed to be durable and long-lasting, with a simple and easy-to-use design. It has a storage capacity of about 20 liters of water and can maintain vegetables fresh for 4-5 days and milk fresh for 24 hours. The refrigerator's performance is dependent on external temperature and humidity, making it most effective in dry and hot climates. The price of a Mitticool refrigerator is ₹1600/Piece This Mitticool refrigerator is a part of a larger range of eco-friendly clay products offered by Mansukhbhai Prajapati, including water bottles, curd pots, and cookware. So Mansukhbhai Prajapati has been working in Mitticool since 2005 from Gujarat and since then got many awards. He was credited for this innovation and was later featured on the Forbes list of Top 7 Rural Entrepreneurs in 2010 Prajapati's journey started when he joined Jagdamba Potteries as a trainee in 1985 He then started his own earthen plate manufacturing factory using a tile press instead of the traditional potter's wheel Mansukhbhai Prajapati's Mitticool is a one-man initiative that includes manufacturing, packaging R&D everything While I was not able to find his financial numbers, but we are sure Gujarati blood is all about money and profitability So until next time, see ya.
