Vision is long term thinking. Let me give you an example: Think of 2 students: Student 1 graduated from college got an oncampus offer in a company. Done that then done another job for 20 percent raise. Then another for raise and another for raise. Final salary 20 lpa Student 2: who explored well and had a low salary job at begining and by his exploration he wanted to do a specific job role after 5 to 10 years and wanted to get a x package salary. After 5 years he achieved it.final salary 50 lpa Having a vision makes the whole difference. Going by just as times passes is different from having a vision and where do you see yourself is very important question that everyone wanted to ask actually.
