How to get a job if your on campus placement didn't worked because of grades, but you have serious skills, how to go for of campus jobs search.

Have you ever felt like cry but you don't wanna cry?like even when you are alone you wanna cry but crying makes you feel weak so you don't cry?

What would you suggest someone who's planning on resigning their current decent job for growth opportunities? How's the job market now? Is it dumb to leave a decent enough job but where the learning got limited with time?
