What is the best time to post on Medial and also catch all these amazing posts before they go trending?

Can anyone say how my posts are presented to people and to whome these posts are presented. Will my post just go to my followers or is it randomly presented to people.

So if we use A.I. for validating these posts then we could just post and it could itself select the category so called *pods* ngl
