See, it might be hard to know but AI will actually replace a huge number of software work in next 10 years , and after Sora AI, I'm pretty positive Vfx artist, or anyone related to video creation will be f*cked up .. Any manu other sector will get huge impact -

These people who will lose their BPO jobs/data-entry jobs who will feed them? Most are at an age where they can't grasp new knowledge and will fail to learn new tech. Should we just kick them out of society and let them fend for themselves? Or should we ask the govt to provide shelters and basic income like the US?

What will happen when AGI comes? The possibilities are endless with AGI and that might actually threaten jobs to a large scale.

AI will definitely take some manual dud jobs like call centre support, data entry which required no skill in the first place and that is a good thing because now others can focus on better skills which will help them and help the companies get more out of their talent.

I will not take any job. It is like saying calculator took jobs. Calculator took jobs but of a very negligible section. Similary ai will also not take any jobs. Only the ones who will not use ai will be in danger. Thus to protect your jobs. Learn about and start using ai tools.
