Get used to it buddy. Corporate life is at times dark and grim. Focus on self learnings, goals, and equipping yourself with updated knowledge. Hiring and firing is a norm now. Happened in big and so called secure job companies. That is the nature of cooperates, its just coming amplified in recent times. Feel free to switch to a place which you think is deserving your efforts more.
