The fitness industry is a complete joke. A mess that cannot be saved. Influencers have completely ruined the minds in terms of physique and people like Tate prey on such youngsters.
I donโt agree on an absolute level with you. I donโt disagree either. The fitness influencers would sell their souls for a bucket of artifically flavoured whey protein and vulnerable audience would absolutely listen to them. 90% of fitness influencers edit their pictures and have a superficial knowledge of nutrition.
