I watched fewer episodes of Shark Tank, most founders optimised for equity, sharks but not cash If someone wants to do a combined deal or wants more equity ask for a little bit more cash-only "cash" increases your runway and chances of succeeding.

I think it is because the pitcher knows that they have a great chance of episode getting telecast. And once ut will telecast, the sales will increase and they will get better offers. So they just go to save equity and get better sharks, they will get better offers with more cash.later.
