Ola bikes are horrible! Today I was returning home and I decided to book a bike. I also had a voucher so I decided to apply it.within a few min the biker arrived and he asked me the amount. I said him that ola would pay him more due to the voucher.he immediately told me to get off and started to argue.i got angry and warned him that I would complain,but he started shouting in the middle of the road. The biker immediately canceled the ride due to which I wasn't able to get the entire number plate.(his number plate was broken). There isn't even a support number from ola to call. After that I had to pay almost double in Uber,since the ola app became irresponsive . This shows that ola in daily rides isn't properly designed or provide flexibility.

Ola experience in general is quite bad. Driver can literally give you an earful and you can not do anything. There is no helpline for customers.

Bike services of almost all the apps are bad. I never use bikes for this reason.
