Hey Everyone so I am just 17 so many people don't even consider my information and just ask me to study . I had an idea it's not original but it worked in American startup ecosystem I am talking about Carta (Equality Manegement Service) and it's marketplace (CartaX) which was like a private stock market to buy and sell startup equity for VCs and Funds is there any service currently offering services in this niche . Are the legal requirements meet in india to make it legal ? It's just my thoughts I am open to all negative and positive suggestion

About the approach you going with in the future if gets successful may create a buzz in the international market as well there are two possible outcomes like they can sue if it's totally like there's or it's not totally like there's can create a buzz that wasn't seen before or neither of them your idea can fail.Basic study is still needed in business you focus on your idea as well as in studies.

In my opinion,No bro I think It will not work that much as there are many ventures which are giving funds to the small businesses and as I think you also know about shark tank and sharing the equity may also gonna have many frauds .
