Bruh. If you want to work hard or do by yourself by working hard. Go for a consumer usecase end to end product. Like a mini prototype for a startup. Don't just do a coding part like a ml model make it into a web app and deploy that it can be used. Like that think end to end. Go for some finance based end to end usecase webapp. I you are intrested in very deep go for an reinforcement kind game. Explore basically listen to people but don't lose in their suggestions.
