Thinking of dropping my studies this year after completing my 12 th standard and learn ai and machine learning And i want to start a start up what do you think about this??

I think it is good. Collage won't teach you any neccesory skill. Even if you fail in your startups, you will be much much ahead of all those who went to collage. Suggestion: you can go for some random collage with no required attendance. So you can spend you time learning and building startup and you can also go for exam if you want.
