Try switching your job first and see if you like it. Maybe the current company's culture isn't suiting you.
What do you think about the current education curriculum? Do you really think that that's the best syllabus why don't they start bringing in this startup culture to the students at an early age or why should they tell to stick on to the old job cult
I work at a service based company as a full stack developer, this is my 1st job. If i try to switch what advise woud u like to give ?

What would you suggest someone who's planning on resigning their current decent job for growth opportunities? How's the job market now? Is it dumb to leave a decent enough job but where the learning got limited with time?
