If you need to start a course business these are few complications Craft pedagogy, launch new batches often, marketing strategy / GTM plan, optimise cost per lead, CPT / Aov or CAC, counselling assited sales ( make script, call audits, align incentives) , build curriculum, align teachers / instructors, make sure retention doesn't suck, NPS check, customer support
