RIL has a strong presence in the industrial space. They expertise when it come to tech is nothing to write home about. RIL has realized that having a strong presence in the tech space is very crucial for the future. Being a huge company with so much cash they are going horizontal and entering into these different segments. Also because of that they aren't concentrating enough on every single app and as a result most of their consumer products have quality issues.
