Take almost any big company, whether it's Google, Facebook, Apple, or even Zepto.
All these companies were founded by tech engineers, not MBA student.
Why?
Because these companies often started as side project
What kind of emotional talks do most people prefer to make themselves better so everytime when they feel low they will be pushing themselves which are so called greatest setbacks
Boeing used to be a great company dominated by engineers. The people at the top were engineers as the their core foundation and education.
The downfall of the company began a few decades ago when the leadership was captured by finance guys.
