Everyone has their own situation some people have deep pockets while others have a fixed amount so you have to analyse the risk, time and money you are willing to spend. Also in my case my family was my biggest challenge in your case it may not be the case. so I would not make a decision for you. I gave you some insights from which you can analyse by your self figuring everything out. Look where you can compromise and where you can not.
