I see it as a smart move. Currently the edtech space in India is going though tough scrutiny (*cough* byju's), diversifying into offline institutes and schools is a good move. This would keep him going longer.

They have the right to spend and grow right now. They posted 98 Cr last year. Obviosly they can make it 500 cr in profit but that needs investment and they are making it. At least not burning VC money.

They have 68 product managers, can you imagine xD

He's become a hero and shit in the student community. He rose from nothing on pure hardwork. he deserves more salary.

His co-founder is known to be greedy. Idk about him tho.

Shouldn't a hardworking person get paid for his work.

I mean he deserves what he had got. Building a profitable and such a reputed brand in edtech isn't a joke. If in future taken bad decision in greed then that's another thing. But currently it's justified as I feel
