Saftey can be solved by vetting of peoples social links on app and then approving them and showing location. I think this will already be there in the west so wanted to try in India. Business model part I will have to think about.

Yep , it would be solving problems of genz so it will be good but the main concern is business model and you have add more features. Also don't you think bookmyshow can do the same.
