There’s no conspiracy here, Paytm screwed up multiple times despite warnings. You can’t keep flouting the laws and expect no action.

The only point is, can't the norms be changed. It's understandable that Paytm didn't address the warning, but one rational way to look at it is, what impact would those non compliance have caused to the economy . And this I am saying totaly based upon the impact that this step has caused to businesses and people.
