Most people go for overseas education for settling in that country itself. Not to come back to India and get a job.

Is it worth to go to Europe and understand start up culture and then come back to India to start a good company
The recent trend where we are seeing millionaires leaving India and settling in some other country (Tax haven) disrupts some parts of the economy!
Couldnt have found a better picture for the exact representstion!
The naunce here is if someone even wants to go abroad for study and wants to come back to India, it will at least take 5 years for a better ROI, what do you think?
