Work from office is good only when people are collaborative or the job involves frequent advices from colleagues

Work from office is nice if the work culture is great. I once went to UBI bank office. And incan say that really waha lashe padi thi.. Everyone is just waiting to go to home. So if the office is like this, WFH is better.
