Ways to get rich in today's generation? I've realised that my MNC job won't make me wealthy. I don't want to live paycheck to paycheck. How can I navigate my path to 3-4L a month?

I was personally thinking of hiring super poor people let’s say who earn <2k a month and giving them extra money to beg for me. So a network of beggars has to be created. If in one hour, one beggar collects 100 rs (reasonable?) then 100 beggars in 1 hour will earn Rs. 10,000. And if they work for 8 hours a day then all of them will collectively earn Rs. 80k a day. So monthly 24L and I can give them all 15k a month and keep the rest to expand in more areas and more cities and then more countries eventually earning in dollars. Who’s in with me as a co founder?!
