The company should offer a variety pf services (it could be less in starting). Take example web development. So if someone requires that service, he can approch you. Then you can find coders on freelancing website who can do that. So adjust the margin and you will make money. It is different from directly hiring freelencer as you can offer all services someone will need for web development (like Seo, development, marketing) together at one place.
