To the medial team , using your app I hv noticed some bugs . When I have already selected for the latest posts then closing the app and again reopening it , it automatically gets to the trending feed. Also I didn't like to go to the top left and from there select for the latest topics. Why have you offered the refresh feature ?What you should do is show the latest feed and in between of them show me the trending topics

Hi the default filter is set for Trending since it offers the most quality in terms of content. We will soon introduce preference to select your default option. The refresh feature simply provides latest comments and replies to you so as to provide the most coherent discussion. We will take your feedback on board and make changes. We are still quite young and identifying what works best for users. The idea is to provide a professional community by keeping spam away. All decisions are taken keeping that in mind.

The very first trending post is not getting updated when we refresh. 🤨 Means the second post is getting refreshed when we refresh the trending posts. Anyone facing the same issue? 🤔

Why doesn't Medial auto refresh the likes and comments count. Why do I have to manually refresh feed to see it's current count?

Just a small observation @Niket when I switch from the news tab to the home tab The house icon has new mentioned on it But I don't see latest feed , I have to click on the app logo and then click on latest to get the latest feed .

I found this funny but i observed myself going to the latest section instead of scrolling through the trending feed. relatable.? if this happens with most of the people then I feel it's a red flag for the medial.
