Your Idea is great but practically not possible as there are huge players like Akash, Fitjee, etc. But you can make a little change and it will create a huge impact, they are - 1. Provide 1:1 private tutor at home, Indian parents really struggle in finding a good private tutor. 2. Add two options join as teacher and join as a student/parents. 3. Now when students/parents will search any teacher regarding any subject, your platform will connect the required teacher to the parents. 4. Add location based finding. i.e. If a student/parent are from Rajasthan make sure you are connecting a teacher who is from Rajasthan. Now you can add distance features like within 500m or 1Km etc. 5. Make sure to add full KYC verification for teachers so that students/parents can find teachers risk free. Now to make a profitable company you need to create a great revenue model.
