My friend was in Byju’s sales team. They were, at one point, offering 10LPA for sales freshers lmao. The pressure was insane. He eventually prioritised his mental health and resigned.

You should read about what is a rights issue. What impact it has on the investors and whether that is the right move from the founder. The investors are just retailiating to what the founder himself has done.
