This post is for devs that are looking to join another startup as a co-founder. What are the terms that would excite you if the founder isn't able to pay you your salary? Joined early stage. The reasoning behind was ownership of my time and effort. I would rather spend time working on my interests and fail rather than spend time attending daily sync ups and pizza parties.
