I was at 34LPA in my last job which I quit recently, took a break and the markets seem to have gone nuts? The highest offer I have received is 24LPA. Anyone else facing problems in switch?

You'll be lucky even if your offer gets matched let alone get a hike. Know of a few friends who got laid off and aren't getting anywhere near to what they had.
