Is it possible to earn a living out of gaming in India as a e-spots pro? I really love gaming and have been tracking all the major events but I'm not sure if all the money is at the top or if you can play your way to the top.

I think I'm qualified to answer this with over 8 years of experience in gaming. 1) Almost impossible to become pro. Competition is intense, opportunity is scarce. 2) Even if you somehow make it, you career won't last more than 5 year max. 3) Variable pay dependent on performance. No room for underperformance. 4) Sitting 10+ hours in front of the screen no matter how much you love gaming will break your back and strain your eyes. The profession takes a toll on everyone. 5) You literally have better chances of making it in any other profession than gaming. Indian e-sports needs to grow a lot to accommodate growing dreams. Having said that, I don't mean to demoralise you. Just a heads up for what to expect. Cheers!
