This new seed stage startup is offering me 30% less salary and ESOP’s worth 2x my annual comp saying that it will explode 10x in the next round? Sould I take it or pass?

If money is not priority and if you have a crisis savings of atleast a year, go for it. Esop’s can really pay well if you’re lucky. Salary is for living. Esop’s make you wealthy :)
