Yatra Online Limited saw a bulk deal on the exchanges on Tuesday, where its promoter arm THCL Travel Holding Cyprus Limited cut a part of its holding in the company. According to the bulk deal data, THCL Travel Holding Cyprus Limited sold 28.33 lakh equity shares, representing 1.80% of Yatra’s total equity, at an average price of Rs 158.05 per share. The transaction was valued at around Rs 45 crore. Prior to the transaction, the promoter entity held 9.01 crore shares, translating to a 57.396% stake in the company. Following the sale, its shareholding has declined to 8.72 crore shares, or 55.59%. On the financial front, Yatra’s revenue from operations increased to Rs 257 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 235 crore in Q3 FY25. While the company’s profit fell by 20% to Rs 8 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 10 crore in Q3 FY25. At the end of today’s trading session, Yatra was trading at Rs 155.78 with a 3.76% decrease in its share price. Its total market capitalization stood at Rs 2,444 crore (approx $265 million).

Prior to this, QRG had offloaded 3,67,408 Awfis’ shares last month, aggregating to Rs 22 crore, taking its total disinvestment to 94% of its overall stake in the company. As of March 2025, QRG Investments owned 29,39,074 shares of Awfis, forming a total of 4.11% of Awfis' total captable. QRG Investments and Holdings Limited, the promoter holding arm of QRG Group, operates as a mid-tier NBFC. On the other hand, HSBC MUTUAL FUND picked up 9,18,300 shares of Awfis at a price of Rs 585 per share, which totaled to Rs 53.72 crore in a bulk deal. Earlier this month, VBAP Holdings Private Limited also sold its 23.6% stake in Awfis through a bulk deal for Rs 56.8 crore. Awfis’ revenue from operations grew 30% year-on-year to Rs 335 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 258 crore in the same quarter last year. The company’s profit surged 3.5X to Rs 10 crore in Q1 FY26, from Rs 2.8 crore in Q1 FY25 in the same period. Awfis’ stock is trading at Rs 577 with a total market capitalization of Rs 4,126 crore.

This is the second consecutive trading session in which Aggarwal has reduced his shareholding in the company. His total share sales have cumulatively reached Rs 234 crore, with Rs 92 crore worth of shares being offloaded in the previous session. Following the bulk deal, Ola Electric stated that Aggarwal has undertaken a one-time and limited monetisation of his personal shareholding to fully repay a promoter-level loan of Rs 260 crore, resulting in the release of all previously pledged 3.93% shares. The company clarified that this transaction has no impact on Ola Electric’s operations, governance, or strategic direction. Despite this, the company’s stock hit an all-time low, ending at Rs 32.80 apiece and valuing the company at a market capitalisation of Rs 14,467 crore. Ola slipped to fourth position in terms of 2W EV Sales for November with its market share shrinking to 7.19%. It registered a 50% month-on-month drop in November, with registrations plunging to 8,254 units from 16,013 in October. Bhavish Aggarwal sells 2% of his Ola Electric holding for Rs 92 Cr Ola Electric founder and CEO Bhavish Aggarwal has sold a small portion of his stake in the company through a bulk deal on the stock exchange. According to exchange disclosures, Aggarwal sold 2,62,56,748 shares, representing around 2% of his existing shareholding, at a price of Rs 34.99 per share. The transaction was valued at nearly Rs 92 crore. Aggarwal had also pledged an additional portion of his shares this month. Exchange filings show that a 3.04% stake was pledged on December 5, aggregating his total pledged shareholding to 13.3% prior to the sale. After this transaction, the company’s statement said Aggarwal undertook a one-time, limited monetisation of a small portion of his personal stake to fully repay a promoter level loan of Rs 260 crore. This will result in the release of all previously pledged 3.93% shares, removing a key overhang. “This action is taken to eliminate all promoter pledges, which can introduce avoidable risk and volatility. It is part of the founder's conviction that Ola Electric should operate with zero pledge overhang, and he should fully unwind the leverage,” the company added through the release. Prior to the transaction, Aggarwal held 1,323,960,029 shares in Ola Electric, translating to a 30.02% stake in the company. Following the sale, his shareholding has come down to 1,29,77,03,281 shares, or about 29.4%. In terms of EV sales, Ola slipped to fourth position for November with its market share shrinking to 7.19%, a stunning reversal from the top spot it held during the same month a year earlier. The company also registered a harsh 50% month-on-month drop in November, with registrations plunging to 8,254 units from 16,013 in October. For the second quarter of the ongoing fiscal year FY26, Ola Electric’s revenue fell 46% to Rs 660 crore, while losses widened to Rs 418 crore. Ola Electric’s stock touched its lowest level ever earlier this month, representing a 70% erosion in value within just twelve months. It was at its peak as the firm stock hit an all-time high of Rs 100.40 on Dec 17, 2024. As of December 16, Ola Electric’s shares were trading at Rs 34.20 apiece, giving the company a market capitalization of Rs 15,085 crore ($1.6 billion).

Varun Alagh increases his stake in Honasa to 32.45% via Rs 50 Cr block deal Mamaearth’s parent Honasa Consumer’s co-founder and promoter Varun Alagh has increased his equity stake in the company through a block deal on December 29, 2025. According to Honasa’s exchange filing, Alagh bought 18,51,851 equity shares, representing 0.57% of the company’s total share capital, at Rs 270 per share, taking the transaction value to about Rs 50 crore. As disclosed on the NSE, these shares were purchased from Fireside Ventures Investment Fund. Following this acquisition, his total shareholding has risen to 10.56 crore shares, accounting for 32.45% of Honasa’s equity. The filing further added that the aggregate shareholding of the promoter and promoter group has increased to 35.54%, translating into 11.56 crore shares. The development comes soon after Honasa’s strategic entry into the men’s grooming market with the acquisition of South India-focused Reginald Men. The company has picked up a 95% stake in BTM Ventures Pvt Ltd, the owner of Reginald Men through a secondary transaction at Rs 195 crore. In terms of financials, Mamaearth’s revenue increased 16.5% to Rs 538 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 462 crore in Q2 FY25. The Gurugram-based company reported profit after tax of Rs 39 crore in Q2 FY26, as compared to a loss of Rs 18.56 crore in Q2 FY25. During the quarter ending September 2025, the company also picked up 25% stake in Couch Commerce Private Limited which owns brand “Fang Oral Care” for a consideration of upto Rs 10 crores. Mamaearth parent’s shares are trading at Rs 275 per share (as of 15:25 PM), with a total marketing capitalization of Rs 8,955 crore ($1 billion).
