The company already has offices in the USA, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Poland, and India. Now, Mynavi has completely acquired People Matters. Under Bidwai’s leadership, People Matters aims to become a global brand that leverages technology, data, and AI to enhance the people and work industry. Additionally, long-term team members will have the opportunity to exercise their ESOP rights and benefit from a cash-out. People Matters, based in Gurugram, provides content and research on organizational design, HR, and worktech to its community of 500,000 HR and talent leaders across India and APAC. The company primarily serves professionals aged 25 to 36 with at least three years of experience in HR.

Global payment orchestration platform Paytring has raised an undisclosed amount in its first strategic pre-seed funding round led by global fintech company Unlimit. The proceeds will be used in accelerating Paytring’s product development, expanding its market reach, gaining penetration, and acquiring new customers, the company said in a press release. Co-founded by Keshav Munjal, Paytring is a no-code solution for payment collection, global payments for Indian businesses. The platform simplifies the complex landscape of local and international digital transactions, enabling merchants and payment processors to enhance their operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall payment experience for end-users. “With our combined experience of navigating the on-ground payment challenges for over 20 years, we are on a mission to make payments operation, management, and integration super easy anywhere in the world,” said Debal Chakraborty, CTO and Co-founder of Paytring. Unlimit offers a large portfolio of financial services, including payment processing, banking as a service (BaaS), and an on-ramp fiat solution for crypto, DeFi, and GameFi. Unlimit has 16 offices in global cities including London, Frankfurt, Singapore, São Paulo, Hong Kong, and Mexico.

Fintech firm Pine Labs has partnered with Emirates NBD, one of the leading banking groups in the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey (MENAT), to bring world class payment acquiring solution to the region. As part of its growth plans, Emirates NBD is expanding its offering by leveraging Pine Labs’ Credit+ platform to deliver merchant acquiring processing solutions for its corporate and institutional clients, initially in the UAE then across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt. The expanded suite of solutions will empower the bank’s clients to improve their digital payment system for both online and instore payments. “We have built many retail payment solutions in India and these are very relevant in global markets. RTP, Online, Contactless, Token management, NFC all services included here. Couldn’t be more excited with global Fintech,” said Amrish Rau, CEO of Pine Labs. According to Rau, Pine Labs’ acquiring processing platform Credit+ is built for scale and is already live in more than 20 countries. Emirates NBD has presence in 13 countries, serving over 9 million active customers. The Group has operations in the UAE, Egypt, India, Türkiye, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Austria, Germany, Russia and Bahrain and representative offices in China and Indonesia with a total of 858 branches and 4,450 ATMs.
